Born from a Love of Place and People
Inspira was created by Franco Capurro, a Chilean-Italian clean energy fund manager, and Lupita Arreola de Alba, a Mexican fashion designer featured in Vogue.
After falling in love with each other and the magic of Todos Santos, Franco moved from Lisbon and Lupita from Guadalajara to start a life by the beach.
They wanted to make it easy for their friends to join them, and as more friends expressed interest, they built Inspira—so their extended community could share the dream of living in this special place.

Co-founder of Inspira, where he leads product development, finance, investor relations, and overall land acquisition.
Partner at Vida Capital (www.vida-cap.com) a regulated real estate hospitality fund focused on development, acquisition, and operation of hotels in Portugal.
Co-founder at Alba Residences, a Todos Santos based real estate development company focused on barefoot luxury residences.
Board member & former CEO of Banverde (www.banverde.com) – Mexico’s first institutionally-backed solar financing company with over 1,400 projects in 23 states of Mexico.

ARREOLA
Lupita has lived since 2019 in Baja California Sur, where she has participated 4 land investments (3x multiple in La Ventana, and an average of 2x multiple in 3 transactions in Todos Santos), and has advised buyers to acquire 10 land properties in Baja.
Co-founder of Inspira, where she leads marketing, land sourcing, due diligence, and subdivision.
Co-founder at Alba Residences, where she leads land selection, oversees architectural design, and manages construction permits.
Previously she founded Landalba (www.instagram.com/landalba/), a Mexican sustainable fashion brand that supports indigenous artisans from Oaxaca. The products have been sold in LA, Los Cabos, Lisbon and participated of Fashion Week in New York and Dubai, and was published in Vogue as a socially responsible company.

Federico is the Managing Director of LegalKap and serves as ALGO’s Partner in LATAM. With more than 15 years of experience in wealth structuring, mitigation, and corporate and international business law, he works heavily with offshore multi-jurisdictional transactions, cross-border tax advisory, and immigration, counseling foreign and domestic companies, and coordinates tax systems and treaties in various jurisdictions.
Federico represents transnational companies, high-net-worth individuals, foreign corporations, and family offices from numerous countries around the world like Chile, China, Spain, and the United States
